Today was awesome, so many fun, and nice things happened to me. People were happy, excited, energetic, amazing, just everything you would want people to be. Now I was able to enjoy today so much because of the energy I had, and other people had. So what you've all been waiting for... HOW TO STAY ENERGIZED

1. Sudden motions- What does sudden motion do for your energy needs, well I have found it gets me alert, and acts almost like a reset when I am losing energy.

2. Smile- I don't know if this happens to anyone else, but I do know that both me and my brother get this warm feeling in our cheeks when we smile. This feeling travels through my whole body releasing energy, and overall making me feel better.

3. Being happy- By doing as many things as you can to be happy, my want for continuing your day increases. In my case it is normally because I am enjoying myself and want to keep enjoying myself so I have an incentive for keeping up my energy. I find the opposite occurs when I get bored, because I don't have anything I'm doing that is enjoyable at the time, causing me to not really want to have energy.

4. Use energizer batteries, JK Duracell's the best

5. Staying physically active- I find even small movements, like rapid hand movements, makes me feel like I have more energy. It helps keep all of senses, and wits about, so I can't start slacking off.

6. Taking non very risky risks- This has some of the same reasoning as staying active, because by doing something like standing on a chair, or jumping around you keep your whole body engaged.

7. Surrounding yourself with energy- By surrounding yourself with other people (or animals), who have energy you create a kind of leeching environment, where people give off energy which makes you more energetic, my unscientific reasoning for this is that you want to keep up with the energetic people you are around.

8. Going CRAZY- I find that when I feel very tired, one of the best things I can do is literally to go wild. I put my hands on my head, and just start moving them incredibly fast for like half a minute, until my already messy hair starts to look like a really flat weird afro. Pretty much just doing anything for a little bit with a lot of movement I have found to be a good way to keep up your energy.

9. Talking to yourself (but not reading out loud)- I have found when I try to read out loud I literally lose all of my energy, very quickly. But when you are just talking to yourself, without reading, I have found that I normally feel better and less tired. This is especially true if I am overwhelmed by work because by speaking my plan out loud I can easily see what I have to do, and that lets me become less overwhelmed. This lets me centralize all of my thoughts into on task at a time, giving me more energy for each task.

16 minutes gone, but like I just did, Please have an Amazing Day!
