Today I was thinking about all the emptions people have, and just what was behind them all. So in that manner I'm gonna talk about as many emotions as I can think of before I run out of time!

Fear- Fear is interesting because what makes fear so powerful in my opinion is not based on that moment we are facing fear, but the time leading up to it. One thing that I find so interesting about fear is that I believe it can be separated into two different categories, unforeseen events, and known events.

-----Unforeseen events occur when you don't know that something is going to happen. These events are often dictated by peoples phobias, which are long term fears, like fear of heights, or fear of spiders. Unforeseen events, like finding a spider in your bathtub, don't have the buildup that known events due, causing them to be much less based on anxiety from the anticipation of the event, and are much more based on how much your actually afraid of the specific thing.

-----Known events are events that you know when they will occur (Have a time table and can find the exact time something will happen). The fear these events create is much less based on what you are actually feeling when the event occurs, but instead is based around the anxiety that will encompass you in the time before the event occurs. In my opinion an known event is way worse than an unforeseen event, with the scale being the same as how much faster a cheetah is then a sloth. The anxiety that knowing your going to do something that you are afraid of can take up days worth of thinking, be it just thinking of every possible outcome, or trying to figure out a plan to help oneself through it. In the end we use so much time and energy before anything actually occurs, that really the thing to be fearful of is not the actual fear, but of the ability for humans to enlarge tiny things that are a speck on our timeline, into entire events.

Excitement- The anticipation to write about this is making me feel extremely happy :)-Otherwise know as my definition for excited. I think excitement might be my favorite emotion to have because in a reciprocal way to fear, excitement makes one good short moment into a long awesome period of time. Excitement makes us go above and beyond, to do things to make what were excited about be perfect. This does leave to building things up too much in our minds, with the actual event disappointing us, but for me personally while I've seen this shown many times in society, like television, in my actual life I find this rarely occurs. One thing that may help with not being disappointed is to be adaptable (also to be excited about what could happen not what will happen), because while something might not have turned out like you thought it would, if you can still have a good time with the new thing, it can all still be good.

Happy- Happy is effectively my life goal, and what I think societies goal should be. In my mind being happy is one of the things that matters the most, if not the most in life, because no matter how you are happy, you still have its affects. This can be dangerous because like how many goals can be honorable the process to those goals can be terrible. This is true with happy, because while the easiest way for this to occur may be to step on others back, that is not what will help society, and humanity the most. If one person is happy, but makes five people unhappy there is a net of 4 unhappy. Instead if one person made those four people happy, not only is there a net of 4 happy, but also it is much easier for 4 people to then make that one person, who may or may not be happy, become happy. I love happiness!

I'll be truthful and say that this was more then 16 minutes, but I was just into it today, so please forgive me and have an excitement full, happy, non fearful day!
