Last post I talked about relativity in a general, open system. I ended it by saying that relativity was the greatest attribute of and bane to humanity. How can something be both the greatest, and worse thing at the same time. Relativity is able to do this because as a concept it has allowed humanity to progress, like no other species in this world, yet emotionally it can make ones individual life a never ending climb to happiness. Relativity has allowed for human progression, because it is the prime motivator for humans to do anything. Without the goal of a better situation, or thing, there would be no reason for humans to advance in anything. Relativity creates that goal because people see themselves as in a worse situation then other people, or what their imagination tells them they could be. Without being able to put themselves in a position below or beneath something else, humans would see themselves at the top of everything, and would have no reason to progress anymore. Than why is it that relativity, on an individual level, creates a situation where one can never be fully happy.

As stated before the way relativity gives humanity motivation is by showing them that they are not at their peak, or in the best situation. Even as people solve one problem, or improve themselves, their is always a new problem, causing people to still feel like they are not the best they can be. This can cause people to always feel unfulfilled, stifling their path towards happiness. One of the things humanity, and individual people have to battle between constantly is feeling content, without losing their motivation to improve. One solution I think there is to this problem, is to feel content as a person, but to try and improve the society one is within. This can work in my opinion because if you separate yourself in to two people, your inner self(Content with yourself allowing you to find happiness), and your outer self(Not content with the society you are within, so want to improve it), then you can still have the most important parts of relativity, without losing as much, compared to if you went fully to either end of the spectrum. I find relativity an extremely interesting study, of philosophy and phycology, and that is why I've written about it, so thank you for staying with me. Have a splendid day!
