I am having a good senior year. I have enjoyed my classes, my peers, and my friends. Interacting with individual individuals leads to a lot of unique moments, and while not everything is perfect, there has been a lot of niceness. This week, we have a lot of simple actions that just made the day better. From working together on projects to giving another student a piece of paper, these events have been warming to the heart. Here is this weeks Awesome People, with all actions preceded by the initials of the doer.
CV: I am looking forward to hanging out and am grateful for the overall inclusive environment you surround yourself with.
CV, DM, HT, RB: Coding together has been a blast. There has been a lot I would not understand alone, but I have learned a bunch just watching each one of you.
GC, MK: You both made kind Instagram posts about the other showing how much each one of you means.
ER: I love how you always say hi to me in the halls.
JB: Thank you for peer editing my German essay. Peer editing in a native tongue can be tiresome but having to look for errors in a new language takes even more mental energy.
JG: I am very appreciative you agreed to be my math test partner and had a great time doing the practice test with you.
JP, MO: I love that you both were supportive and kind about my drawing for our history project.
MP: You gave your siblings and mom a lot of your candy. You also went with me to my cousin's house to play with their dog. It made the trip a even better.
SG: When you give me paper for English class, the gesture is just a nice thing, and I appreciate it.
SL: Thank you for helping me understand the physics problem after the test.
ZA: You helped out your math table when you had already finished the assigned packet.
